Campus 6.2, the office building based in western Bucharest that is part of Skanska’s Campus 6 complex, has achieved the WELL Core & Shell certification at a Gold level.

Just as the Campus 6.3 building that got the same certification, Campus 6.2 achieved optimizations in all seven categories evaluated: air, water, light, nourishment, fitness, comfort, physical and mental well-being, and innovation.

“The values behind the WELL assessment are part of Skanska's values, and we can only hope that they will become a true standard for the whole market,” said Raoul Mihalca, Project Manager for Skanska CEE's business development operations.

The two Class A buildings, Campus 6.2 and 6.3, developed by Skanska, have been handed over to S IMMO AG in a €97 million transaction. This was Skanska's largest transaction on the Romanian market to date.

The Campus 6.2 certification process was coordinated by real estate consultancy Colliers. The building also holds the WELL C&S Gold, LEEDPlatinum, and WELL Health-Safety Rating certifications.
