The key to success is to understand not only the mechanisms governing the real estate market and changing needs of clients, but also business processes and global capital flow rules. The CEE region is perceived as a perfect place to invest, which, combined with innovativeness and safety, results in an excellent potential for over-average yields for investors and satisfaction for tenants,” says Piotr Krawczyński, Head of Capital Markets CE at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
