Piotr Krawczyński joined the BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland team as Head of Capital Markets CEE. He will be responsible, among others, for acquiring new accounts and coordinating sale/purchase transactions in Central and Eastern Europe. His duties will include advisory in the field of financing real estate investment projects.

The new director at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland has a long track record in the real estate industry, complemented with extensive knowledge of the Polish investment and transaction market. He began his professional career at Chase Fund Management, a company managing the VI NFI Magna Polonia fund. In the years 1998–2015 he was gaining experience at different positions in Kulczyk Holding and Kulczyk Investments, where he managed investment projects in various industries. In the years 2010–2015 he worked as Managing Director and Member of the Board at Kulczyk Silverstein Properties and Kulczyk Real Estate Holding. Prior to joining BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland he held the position of Managing Partner at Synerium. He has many years of experience working in supervisory boards of numerous companies.

Piotr Krawczyński’s main objective will be to create and implement a new development strategy for the Capital Markets department CEE.

“The bull market that has continued for a few years faces all market participants with ever increasing challenges. The key to success is to understand not only the mechanisms governing the real estate market and changing needs of clients, but also business processes and global capital flow rules. The CEE region is perceived as a perfect place to invest, which, combined with innovativeness and safety, results in an excellent potential for over-average yields for investors and satisfaction for tenants,” says Piotr Krawczyński, Head of Capital Markets CE at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
