BHM group has completed the acquisition of the logistics and production centre Log Center Maribor, taking the full control of the asset and expanding its activities in the logistics and production centre sector.

Log Center Maribor, spanning 30,000 sqm, offers state-of-the-art facilities for logistics and industrial production. With this step, the company strengthens the portfolio of its subsidiary BHM parks, which manages and develops industrial properties in Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, and Slovakia.

The acquisition marks a significant milestone for BHM group, which initially held a 75% stake in the project established as a joint venture with the Austrian firm Go Asset Development in 2022. “We acquired the remaining 25% from the Austrian developer, gaining full control over the complex,” said Jan Chaloupka, Partner and Managing Director for Commercial Real Estate at BHM group.

Log Center Maribor is currently fully occupied and offers a location with highway access, an available workforce, and the highest technical standards.

BHM parks currently manage nearly 400,000 sqm of modern Class A industrial and logistics parks in Central and Southeastern Europe. Its development plans include projects totaling almost 1,000,000 sqm.

In Slovenia, the company plans the second phase of Log Center Maribor, which is expected to expand the current area by an additional 20,000 sqm to 50,000 sqm over the next two years.

In addition, BHM parks is preparing the construction of a 50,000 sqm logistics centre in Sežana, Slovenia, located near the port of Koper. The project is being carried out in cooperation with Go Asset Development. The company is also independently developing two new industrial sites in Slovenia and Croatia, further strengthening its position in this region.
