Avison Young is strengthening its team to provide its clients with first-class office leasing services in the Czech Republic. For the post of Associate Director, the company has appointed Petr Florian to develop its Office Leasing service line.

Petr Florián will be responsible for business development, office occupier services and developing a full range of services to be provided to office landlords and developers. I´m very excited to join such a dynamic team just when I believe we are on the brink of a new era, where we will witness the rebirth and transformation of office leasing and the function of office space. Building a new department from the ground up is always an exciting challenge and I´m convinced with the support of the partners here in the Czech Republic and our colleagues across the world we will create a strong team offering services at the highest level," says Petr Florián, Associate Director, Office Leasing at Avison Young CZ.

“I am very excited to welcome Petr into the AY CZ family and charge him with the task of developing our office leasing business. His experience, attitude and professionalism convinced me that he is the right person to take the lead on this challenge. I look forward to welcoming more team members into the firm to support and complement Petr and build a marketing leading office leasing team," comments Ryan Wray MRICS, the Principal Czech Republic at Avison Young.
