AmCorp will invest around €41 million in two residential projects located in Crevedia and Domnești, near Bucharest, while looking to expand its land bank.

Aside from the development activity, the company owns a water park near Bucharest and is also investing in renewable energy projects.

In the land segment, AmCorp has a portfolio of more than 550 hectares valued at more than €80 million and is looking to make further purchases in the Bucharest region.

“We are interested both in large scale properties, through the combination of several land plots or through the decommissioning of old industrial platforms or in small plots in good locations,” said Maria Iancu, Head of Business Development at AmCorp.

The company said it was purchasing land for its own development needs, but it could accommodate partnerships with other investors.
