AFI Europe has reached full occupancy for its portfolio of rental apartments in Prague. The company is currently building more than 500 more apartments in the Czech metropolis.

AFI Home's current portfolio includes a total of four residences. Altogether, there are almost 900 apartments in residences in Třebešín, Karlín and Vysočany. The company is currently building four apartment buildings with 291 apartments in the AFI Home Nová Elektra project and is working on preparations for AFI Home in Koryty, where 252 apartments will be built in the first phase. At the same time, it is planning other rental projects that will further enrich the offer of modern rental housing in the metropolis.

"The achieved occupancy confirms that quality rental housing with corresponding accompanying services is in great demand in Prague. Occupancy of our projects ranges from 94 to 98%, which is the maximum possible capacity utilisation in this segment. Tenants continuously come, go or move between our apartments or even projects depending on their current family situation, job change, etc. In addition, we deliberately keep several apartments in each residence free for short-term rentals, so that we can respond flexibly to current demand," comments Elena Pisotchi, Rental Housing Manager at AFI Europe.
