Polish developer 7R has brought into use the tenth warehouse building in 7R Park Kraków in Kokotów on the south-eastern outskirts of the city. It is the largest complex in the company`s portfolio with more than 213,000 sqm GLA.
The new 33,300 sqm building will house ESA Logistika, Styler as well as a consortium of Answear.com and BrandBQ – the owner of the Medicine clothing chain. Two years ago the latter two companies jointly leased 41,000 sqm in the eight building of the park and have now leased 18,000 sqm in the newest warehouse.
7R Park Kraków, which lies within the Wieliczka Economic Activity Zone, is the largest logistics complex in 7R’s portfolio with a total area of around 213,300 sqm. The first building came into use in 2015. Since then, lease agreements have been signed with 33 logistics, FMCG and e-commerce companies, including Röhlig Suus, Teekanne, PGD Polska, Excellent, DHL and JAS-FBG. The developer has not ruled out further development in this location.
