WHY YOU SHOULD COME

Portfolio and RICS Hungary organizes the Valuation conference for the fifth time this year. On this half day conference, international presenters and eminent representatives of the domestic real estate business will sit by the tables. The Valuation conference, this year will focus primarily on the regulations on the retail properties: tries to provide answers to the drastic regulatory changes in the retail sector, from the view points of valuation, investment, and development.

What kinds of challenges would the Sunday store closing, and the acts on the changes on the food-chains mean for the real estate market? What would be the reaction of the renters, what kind of freedom of movement do owners have? What would happen to the malls on Sundays? Will the rental costs get lower? How would validation relate to all this?

In the conference, we are going to talk about the international examples of the Sunday opening, the experience of the different markets. Local and international real estate experts will talk about how to temporize to the even more radically changing regulatory environment, what opportunities would investors, developers and asset valuers have.

The half day conference of Portfolio and RICS Hungary will provide useful information on real estate validation, investment market, financing terms, pricing challenges and transparency.
