Poland & CEE conference session @ EXPO REAL 2026

Poland Observer and Property Forum are joining forces to bring a dedicated Poland & CEE conference session to Expo Real 2026, taking place on 6 October from 15:00 to 16:30 in Hall A2, Conference Room A22.

Under the theme "Investment opportunities in Poland & CEE, 2027 & beyond", the session will look ahead to the next chapter for one of Europe’s most closely watched real estate regions. Where will investors find the most compelling opportunities? Which sectors and markets are best positioned to attract capital, and what will shape investment decisions as the market moves towards 2027?

Over 90 minutes, leading market players will share their perspectives on the outlook for Poland and the wider CEE region. The programme will combine the premiere of The Poland Observer’s new film with market insights, presentations and case studies, followed by dedicated discussions focusing on Poland and CEE.

Taking place at Expo Real in Munich, the session will provide an opportunity to hear directly from the people investing in, developing and shaping the region’s real estate markets, and to explore where the next wave of opportunities could emerge across Poland and CEE.

As investors weigh where to allocate amid global volatility, the EU stands out as a comparatively stable destination - with CEE offering the strongest upside within it. This session looks at where office, retail, warehouse, and resi-for-rent (PRS, PBSA, co-living) are headed in 2027. It will cover financing headwinds, shifting demand-supply dynamics, the rise of data centres as a new asset class, growing defence and infrastructure spending, the shift toward mixed-use urban communities, and the wider business climate - plus the opportunities investors should be watching. The session opens with the premiere of The Poland Observer's annual real estate film, a visual snapshot of the market's momentum before the debate begins.
