Founder & Editor
Richard Stephens joined Property Forum in August 2026, having founded The Poland Observer in 2023. Based in Warsaw, he will lead Property Forum's expansion of its Polish coverage and events, as well as help shape its expansion into new geographies and sectors. He will continue to run The Poland Observer, which will operate alongside Property Forum's regional platform. The Poland Observer is an English-language media and events platform promoting Poland to the international business community, organising conference sessions at MIPIM in Cannes and Expo Real in Munich, as well as producing films promoting business in Poland. Since 2005, he has also organised more than 20 international media tours to Poland and the wider CEE region, including tours for UEFA and PL.2012 ahead of Euro 2012, and delegations of 50 and 30 journalists to Warsaw in 2014 and 2019 respectively, under his previous brand Poland Today. Prior to that, he was Editor of Eurobuild CEE, founding the Eurobuild Awards in 2010 and leading the first two editions of the event. He is British and lives in Poland.
