Bartłomiej is an advocate and transactional lawyer with extensive experience in leading investment projects across the commercial real estate market in Poland and the Central and Eastern European region. He provides comprehensive legal advice on real estate matters, including related civil, administrative and corporate law aspects, acting for investors, private equity funds, developers and asset/property managers. Bartłomiej has led and supervised numerous investment transactions, including share, asset and enterprise deals across a broad range of asset classes, including office buildings, logistics and industrial facilities, shopping centres, hotels and residential projects, including Purpose Build Student Accommodation (PBSS) and Private Rented Sector (PRS) developments. His experience also covers more sophisticated transaction structures, such as sale and leasebacks, forward purchases, forward fundings and joint ventures. In addition, he has extensive experience negotiating hotel management agreements as well as hotel lease arrangements. Bartłomiej has been consistently recognised by leading international legal directories, including Chambers Europe, The Legal 500 EMEA and IFLR1000, for his expertise in real estate. Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Bartłomiej gained experience at leading international law firms, including Dentons and Linklaters.
