During 22 years of track record in commercial real estate, Roman held top executive and strategic positions achieving significant results in managing the commercial property of leading Ukrainian and international companies such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Akron Management (Austrian fund), Meyer Bergman (UK fund), VTB Bank Ukraine. After repositioning and reconstructing DREAM, the biggest shopping centre in Kyiv, as a crisis manager in 2020 – 2022, Roman joined Smart Urban Solutions, a development, and investment company, which is part of Smart Holding, one of the most significant diversified investment groups in Ukraine.
