Przemysław Chimczak-Bratkowski is the Managing Partner of ThinkCo, a real estate research lab that specializes in architectural programming of PRS and alternative investments (coliving, student and senior housing). Rental market and living services expert, rewarded with an international Archi-World Academy Award in 2019. He has graduated architecture in Milan, Warsaw and Wroclaw and project management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
