Mihai Diaconescu, currently holds the position of Asset and Development Manager for Logicor's Romanian portfolio. From this position, he is in charge of the management of over 150,000 sqm of premium logistic space and 450,000 sqm development pipeline across Romania. Mihai is an experienced real estate professional with over 11 years of investment and development management expertise in the local Romanian market. In his previous role, as Managing Director Romania for Charlemagne Capital UK, he has managed an investment portfolio in excess of €200 million, developing a varied range of premium real estate assets. Mihai holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and Masters in Business Administration from IESE Business School in Barcelona.
