Lucky Fish Research & Communications specialises in EU policy and market analysis, research and content development for urban design and the built environment. Lucky Fish founder Lisa Chase has researched and written extensively on sustainable design and development for the Harvard Graduate School of Design, Harvard University’s Real Estate Academic Initiative and Harvard Business School. She has co-authored publications on social entrepreneurship and corporate accountability in Stanford Social Innovation Review, Harvard Business Review and Harvard Business School Working Knowledge. Lisa has presented to European academic and industry audiences on climate resilient real estate and business development, including Property Forum, Renovate Europe, Prague University School of Business and Economics and EDC Paris Business School. She holds a Master of Laws in European Union Law from King’s College London, where she researched the convergence of European Union corporate accountability (ESG) and energy efficiency policies, as well as a Master of Liberal Arts (International Relations) from Harvard University.
