Harry Bannatyne is a Partner and Head of the Industrial Agency CEE at Colliers, based in the Czech Republic. Harry has gained vast experience in the CEE industrial and logistics sector, but also the broader commercial real estate industry over the past 13 years. With an excellent understanding of the industrial and logistics sector, ranging from site selection and land acquisition to end-user advisory, including supply chain strategy and development partner selection. Harry has very strong relationships with both developers and end-users alike, and over the past 8 years, Harry has accomplished more than 100,000 sqm of transactions on an annual basis, advising numerous multi-national and leading domestic companies such as Metro/Makro, Mattel and Foxconn, to name just a few. After graduating from Glasgow Academy, Harry furthered his education with an HND in Marketing and Business. Prior to moving to the Czech Republic, he ran his own business in Scotland, acquiring and selling commercial businesses adding to his valuable business knowledge. Harry sits on the EMEA leadership board for industrial and logistics at Colliers and is a member of the Association of Foreign Investment in the Czech Republic.
