Doinita Ilie MRICS has more than 20 years’ activity in real estate, senior professional expertise in property development planning, property marketing, and property leasing. Doinita successfully represented major shopping mall developers from “greenfield stage” to property leasing. Presently, Doinita Ilie is the leasing manager of Colosseum Mall Bucharest, which is expanding in 2021, adding major fashion and leisure retail operators to the existing tenant mix, becoming the second largest shopping & leisure destination in District 1 of Bucharest. Doinita has an EMBA degree from CNAM Paris, she is a licensed graduate of Polytechnic University of Bucharest and graduate of Economics Institute in Bucharest. Doinita held different management positions in companies such as Cushman & Wakefield, JLL.
