Having joined Noerr in 2012, Andreas Naujoks is specialised in national and international financing transac-tions and advises financial institutions and lenders especially in the areas of real estate and acquisition fi-nancing as well as corporate financing. The clients he regularly advises on financing transactions include lenders such as Deutsche Postbank AG, LBBW, Bayerische Versorgungskammer and Nord/LB. He is a gradu-ate of the University of Cologne and the University of Münster and is admitted to the Frankfurt am Main Chamber of Lawyers.
