Andreas joint B&L Group as Head of Hotel Investment in 2016. His responsibilities encompass the sourcing of new projects, feasibility, pre-development, letting and transaction management. Hamburg-based B&L Group is a family owned real estate developer with over 46 years of track record. B&L’s current pipeline account for ca. € 1.6 billion under development including 8 hotel properties with over 2,000 rooms – to mention in particular Scandic Frankfurt, IntercityHotels Budapest, Hamburg, and Dortmund. Andreas has specialised in the field of hotel development and investment since the very beginning of his professional career back in 1999. Previous positions comprise Institut für Markentechnik (Geneva), Foremost Hospitlity (London), Dr. Lübke & Kelber (Frankfurt), and Revitalis (Hamburg).
