Louise is an Equity Partner of Arcadis LLP, the Global Consultancy for the Built Environment, where she is UK Head of Development and Strategic Planning and Head of Social Value. As a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner with experience drawn, over 30 yrs, in the UK and overseas, she advises on strategic real estate matters for a range of national and international clients for the public and private sector.
Prior to this, she was the CEO of Brooke Smith Planning, a UK based Planning & Development Consultancy, established in 1994, serving a wide range of international clients.
Louise was the first female Global President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (2014-15). Inter alia, she championed diversity & inclusivity and led a series of ground breaking initiatives including the RICS Inclusive Employers Quality Mark and the Property Strategy for Sub Saharan Africa.
She is a Freeman of the City of London and her various accolades include; Outstanding Woman in Construction (2015), National Achiever in Construction (2015) and was shortlisted for the First Woman Awards in 2014 and 2015. She has been awarded Honorary Doctorates from the Universities of Wolverhampton, Sheffield Hallam and Birmingham City.
Louise is retained as a UKGov adviser, a Governing Board Member of Birmingham City University and is Chairman of All We Can – the International Aid Agency.

William has a degree in Quantity Surveying from Reading University and qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with Gardiner & Theobald in London. He has experience in the UK, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Serbia, Romania and Ukraine. William has overseen more than 250,000 m2 of development projects and is an experienced asset manager with responsibility for 400 tenants and over EUR 15 million of income per year. William is based in Prague and is Chairman of the board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the Czech Republic.

Dan Bucsa works as CEE economist at UniCredit Bank AG in London. He joined the bank in September 2012, transferring from UniCredit Tiriac Bank (Romania) where he was the chief economist. Dan has five years of experience as chief economist in the Romanian banking system.
Before joining the private sector, Dan taught at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and worked in the Macroeconomic Modelling and Forecasting Department of the National Bank of Romania, where he was involved in developing the forecasting framework used in inflation targeting.
Dan holds a Ph.D. in macroeconomics and an M.Sc. in finance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania.

Miroslav is a real estate professional with over ten year experience with commercial and residential properties. His main focus is advising tenants and landlords, sellers and buyers on the leasing, acquisition, disposals and development of commercial and residential space in the CEE region. For the past 10 years he was also responsible for development, management and driving forward the business of JLL in Slovakia. In January 2017, Miroslav was appointed to lead JLL´s business in the Czech Republic alongside his existing responsibilities as country manager for JLL Slovakia. Today he oversees the team of more than 110 real estate professionals in both the Czech and Slovak republics.
Besides the managing responsibilities he heads the Capital Market team - the most experienced Capital Market team in the Slovak and the Czech market. He is responsible for ensuring that a best practice, client care, proactive communication and appropriate technical knowledge is provided by all team members. By market he is perceived as an ambassador of ethical approach and transparent dealing.
Miroslav is a qualified surveyor and member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Duarte Cabral began working in TMN (Portugal Telecom group) before joining Sonae Sierra in 2001 as deputy shopping centre manager. He later managed two other shopping centres before taking the role of Operations Manager in Greece in 2009. In 2011 he was appointed General Manager of a JV between Sonae Sierra and a local partner in Algeria to provide property management and leasing services in that country. In 2013 he moved to China as Head of Property Management & Marketing in a JV between Sonae Sierra and Citic Capital to provide property management and leasing services in that country. Since March 2019 he assume the role of Business Development Manager. Duarte Cabral has a degree in Industrial Design and a Master in Industrial Design and Product Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Barcelona).
