Beginning her career in Hungary where she worked as relationship manager, later head of department for real estate, in her current position since 2006 she is responsible for international real estate clients in CEE, Russia and Turkey, and for investment and development projects. Eva graduated at the Corvinus University Budapest.

Jens Böhnlein joined CA Immo in January 2017 as Head of the newly created Office Solutions & Design department. In this role, he analyses the technological and structural market requirements on office buildings and acts as an internal innovation consultant, securing the long-term competitiveness of the international office supply of CA Immo. Moreover, he acts as a consultant for future CA Immo-tenants in respect of need-oriented interior design concepts, mainly within the context of project developments.
Prior to this, Jens Böhnlein was Chair of Project Management & Consultancy for Northern Europe at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), where he was responsible for all operational and strategic processes of the department. Before joining C&W he held several positions at JLL, DTZ and E&Y. Jens Böhnlein, MRICS, studied architecture at the universities of Stuttgart and Delft and has a degree as Dipl.-Ingenieur.

Vitalii has a 20-year of experience in the real estate market, from concept ideas to project implementation and management. His portfolio includes over 1000 consulting and 100 commissioned projects in the retail, office, mixed-use, residential, transport, and hospitality sectors. Project geography covers the entire territory of the CIS countries, Cyprus, and the Baltic countries. Vitalii is the author of ambitious commercial projects such as Ocean Plaza, Lavina Mall, Ocean Mall, and Blockbuster Mall, with a total GLA of over 1,000,000 sqm. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he has been a military man at the National Guard of Ukraine.

Radu Boitan is Investment Director of Revetas Capital and has been working for the company since 2012. His current role and responsibilities are covering strategic property investment and transaction management, as well as portfolio investment management for the group. Radu was previously Head of Capital Markets for JLL in Romania after the global merger with King Sturge. He was a Member of the Management Board of King Sturge Romania from its inception in 2005 until the merger with JLL, where his responsibility extended to investment, professional services, valuation and research. He has over 25 years’ worth of multidisciplinary experience in real estate within the Romanian and CEE market and has been involved in a wide variety of transactions. Radu has served as Chairman of the Romanian board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for two consecutive mandates. He has a Master’s degree in Real Estate Economics.

Vladimír Bolek studied social sciences at Comenius University in Bratislava and later Law and economics at Nottingham Trent University - Brno International Business School in the Czech Republic. He began his career in 1994 in public administration at central state administration level in Bratislava. Later, after the transition to the private sphere, he became asset manager specializing in real estate investments. After the establishment of specialized real estate mutual funds in Slovakia in 2006, he became the portfolio manager of specialized real estate fund in Erste Asset Management in Slovakia. He also created and managed portfolios for private banking department. Later he participated in portfolio management of corporate real estate company Slovnaft as. In 2010 he became a portfolio manager of the „First real estate fund“ of IAD Investmetns and deputy of several real estate companies incorporated in the structure of the first real estate fund of IAD Investments. In 2015 he was promoted into IAD Investments board as member of board responsible for portfolio management department. Vladimir Bolek is also a contributor to professional publications dealing with the issue of investment and asset management of real – estate in Slovakia.
Gavin Bonner joined the Genesis Property team in 2019 as Vice President, after previously working as Project & Commercial Manager at C-Quest, in the United Arab Emirates. Bonner is highly experienced in all facets of the construction process and in developing and implementing sustainable approaches to operational strategy, policies and standards, with emphasis on the highest standards of quality, health and safety. He is responsible for the development strategies of Genesis Property real estate projects and an ambassador for the IMMUNE Building Standard. Gavin has a bachelor’s degree in Science in Quantity Surveying, from Nottingham Trent University, UK.

JanJaap is specialized in developing work concepts and requirements for corporate clients by balancing corporate best practices and specific local demands based on local conditions, specific workprocesses and country culture.
Previously he held a senior role with Atos Consulting where he developed innovative work and office concepts for a variety of clients mainly in the public sector. He joined the AOS Group in 2012 and since Colliers International acquired the company in 2015 he has been advising a variety of clients on workplace solutions including IBM, Deloitte, ING and many more.
Gábor Borbély has been working for CBRE, the world leading real estate advisor, since 2006. The senior analyst became an eastern European analyst, where he coordinated the work of the regional market research team for a year. In 2011 he got promoted to become the analysis and advice leader of the Budapest office. His duty was to lead the market research department, as well as the cooperation with the valuer and investor team regarding different advisory tasks. Besides the regular reports, he also takes personalized market research jobs as well. He became a deputy director in 2012. He is a member of RICS Hungary since June 2012.
