Mihai Zaharia is Director of Investments and Capital Markets at Globalworth since the beginning of 2018. He has an experience of 15 years in the banking sector, the period during which Mihai held a series of positions in different companies. Before joining Globalworth team, he was Head of Project Finance Department in OTP Bank Romania’s Corporate Banking Division for 9 years, managing the activity of the Head Office team and the Corporate Coordinators from 12 counties. During the time he was part of OTP Bank team, he also held the positions of Senior Project Manager and Relationship Manager, having a focus on projects targeting the real estate sector. Mihai has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems and a master’s degree in Information System in Economics from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

She has a degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance from the Faculty of Ecnomics at the University of Belgrade. In the past she has worked as one of the Directors of the Real Estate Corporate division at Santander in London, as Regional Director of the SME department at Raiffeisen Bank and as Director of the Mortgage Loan Division at Eurobank. Today Zorana is the CEO of Delta Real Estate, the largest investor, asset manager and developer in the Balkans region. She manages numerous construction projects with the group as well as asset manages a portfolio worth in excess of half a billion euros.

<p>Mia Zecevic is CEO in Novaston Real Estate Platform. Previously Head of Marketing, Sales and Commercialization at Confluence Property Management prior to joining from ECE Project Management Gmbh, where she was trained for the center manager position and focused on property management for retail assets. Amongst others, she was responsible for all marketing and sales activities for Usce Shopping Center, the largest shopping mall in the Balkans. Before ECE, she was the project manager for MK Mountain Resort (part of MK Group – a holding company, one of the most successful business systems in Serbia) where she managed and operated 48.000 sqm of 4-star hotel chains in ski resort Kopaonik. Prior to joining MK Group, Ms. Zecevic worked at the biggest Serbian brokerage company at the time, M&V Investments, where she analyzed local and international stock exchange markets. She graduated at Bocconi University in Milan, with a degree in International Economics and Management and holds Masters Degree in Business Management from Cass Business School in London.</p>

Az átalakítások ezen osztrák szakértőjét pénzügyi igazgató kollégái az év pénzügyi igazgatójává választották 2006-ban és 2010-ben.

Karel has been with CBRE Global Investors for over 11 years and is responsible for managing the €1.6 billion AUM Polish operation. He is also an Asset Manager of Zlote Tarasy, a landmark retail property in the heart of the CBD of Warsaw
Previously, he worked was Head of Strategy and Research CEE, providing strategic advisory to the CEE organisation and especially CEE based Funds that manage properties in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Austria.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Karel Zeman worked as Head of Research for Czech Republic and Slovakia for Cushman & Wakefield.
Karel earned a Master degree in Regional Geography and Regional Development at Charles’ University of Prague. Karel is member of RICS and an active member of International Council of Shopping Centres.
Karel is native Czech but lives in Poland. He is fluent in English and Polish.

He earned a Master’s degree at the University of Economics in Prague and after additional studies in Germany became a member of the Czech Chamber of Auditors and the Czech Chamber of Tax Advisors. Previously, Christopher Zeuner was Head of Business Development for GE Real Estate in Central and Eastern Europe and has lived in both Warsaw and Prague. Christopher chairs LaSalle’s Continental Europe Business Initiatives Group and chairs assessment panels for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
