He obtained a master’s degree in economics from the Budapest University of Economics in 2004 and has been a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute since 2009. Giles Bateman MRICS was educated in the UK before moving to France in 1997 where he then qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. He spent nearly 20 years at CBRE in France where he commenced in Valuations and then set up and developed the Corporate Services business in France. He worked on major international Corporate End user projects in France and also delivered real estate services to large French Companies globally. He managed over 70 people in 7 teams and was a member of the board at CBRE France and the CBRE Corporate Services European Board. He joined IWG in 2015 to head up development in Southern Europe. In 2016 he took on the European Region including some 36 countries and has deployed with his team the IWG brands into these countries such as Spaces, Regus, Signature, HQ, & No.18.
Jarosław Bator has approx. 20 years of comprehensive experience in the real estate market and in the area of consulting. Apart from the COO’s role at Resi4Rent, Jarosław holds the position of the Head of New Business at Echo Investment. Prior to joining Echo and Resi4Rent, he was the managing director of Business Link. Moreover, at Skanska, as the business development director, he was responsible for expanding the company's business. Previously he gained experience as a senior manager at EY Real Estate Services Group, as well as managing director and board member of the Polish State Railways where he was involved in restructuring activities and organization development. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and finished post-graduate studies at Sheffield Hallam University and Warsaw University of Technology in the field of real estate valuation. He holds the title of Property Appraiser and is a member of the Management Board of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Poland (RICS).

This team guides a number of major developments currently underway in Poland, Czech Republic and Romania. Bečár joined P3 in 2007 as Business Director Slovakia and was subsequently promoted to the role of Managing Director Slovakia, taking responsibility for business development, acquisitions and growth in that market. In 2010 his role was expanded to include responsibility for P3’s operations in the Czech Republic. As Managing Director Czech Republic and Slovakia, Bečár oversaw a significant extension of P3’s presence in these countries, with development at six different locations in the region. In late 2013 he took on the role of Managing Director CEE. Prior to joining P3, he was a Founder and Executive Director of WebCom Ltd. and Comsultia Ltd. Bečár holds a Strategic Management degree from Comenius University in Bratislava and is a Board Member of Investment Support Association (Slovakia).
Attila Beer has more than 28 years of experience in the field of architectural systems. After the establishment of the Romanian branch in 1995, he formed and led the local sales team. As an administrator of Alukönigstahl, he has engaged in the continuous development of the company, by building partnerships with companies in the field of metallic constructions and architecture and by forming a strong team. He has been personally involved in the most important projects to which Alukönigstahl has brought added value through its innovative solutions. From 2019, as a founding member of RoEnef, he also promotes from this position the application of the principles of energy efficiency in Romania, both for new constructions and renovations. Since 2016, it manages the Alukönigstahl branch in the Republic of Moldova too. Since 2020, Attila Beer is a member of the Board of Directors in OTP-Mobiasbanca Rep Moldova.
