Michal is responsible for managing and driving forward Slovak P&DS business. He has over 8 years of experience in the field of architecture, building consultancy, project management and real estate development. Within JLL P&DS structure formed by project managers, civil engineers and RICS chartered building surveyors, Michal is responsible for project and construction management, fit-out projects for tenants and landlords, cost and quality management, tendering, bank monitoring, feasibility studies as well as technical due diligence for sellers and investors. Before joining JLL, Michal worked as architect at AK Jančina architekti where he led creative and later sale department and later on held the position of Chief Architect Deputy. Michal graduated from Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Faculty of Architecture. In 2009 he completed his studies at Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (Sweden).
