Marek Obuchowicz specialises in the area of private equity and corporate finance, with a special emphasis on the real estate sector. As Partner at Griffin Capital Partners, Marek currently oversees the development and all activities of the Life Spot PRS platform and the Student Depot platform that was originally set up by Griffin Real Estate and Oaktree in 2015, and since then has evolved to become the largest owner and operator of PBSA in Poland and the fastest growing provider in the country. Prior to joining Griffin Capital Partners, Marek worked at an international investment firm Kulczyk Investments and PwC, a global advisory firm.
