Kristina is an independent consultant in teamwork, leadership and work environment design with experience in facilitating the creation of both physical and social space. She helps companies transform into collaborative environments by identifying their needs and co-creating a human centered workplace with them. Kristina's fascination with spaces where people work, collaborate, learn or simply meet started about 6 years ago in San Francisco's SoMa and in Silicon Valley where she had a chance to observe how the local startup scene quickly transformed neighborhoods which are now home to the most innovative companies in the Bay Area.
