Since 2010, Igor has been engaged in land management and urban planning as the CEO of the company INGER grad. In 2017, he founded URBANLAND.PM – School of Professional Development, which in 5 years graduated more than 200 managers of construction projects and heads of construction, development and contracting companies. During 2018-2021, he held the position of Director of Production at one of the largest development companies in Kyiv. Since September 2021, he has managed his own residential development company, Spilnota. After the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Igor joined the Ukrainian military forces.
