Graduated as an economist, earned interior designer degree as well. I worked with managers as employee and supported companies executing hundreds of successful projects as their advisor. During my professional career I also learned the importance and diversity of employee engagement in both smaller and larger organizations. Time after time I bumped into less "healthy" and less efficient workplaces. In the highly competitive labour market, talented employees can select the preferred employers, so workplace design and the quality of work environment will also be an essential aspect of successful recruitment and retention. Our surveys focusing on different generations also demonstrate the importance of work environment for the younger generation. My mission is to combine health aspects, efficiency and design to provide our customers advantage and making their employees more satisfied. OFFISEVEN combines design aspects and creativity with ergonomics, HR and management considerations.
