Zsolt Jakab MRICS has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. He began his career at Colliers International, focusing on land transactions and later transitioned to investment transactional brokerage across various property sectors. Subsequently, he gained specialized knowledge in owner-side asset management of workout and reclaimed properties at CIB Bank’s property arm and MARK Zrt. Following the revival of the commercial real estate sector, he rejoined CBRE as an investment consultant. In the summer of 2020, he joined Gránit Asset Management, where he is responsible for the portfolio management of the company’s real estate funds. His responsibilities include financing, investor relations, valuations, and real estate transactions.
