Vlad Drăgoescu

Vlad Drăgoescu is Director - CEE Head of Portfolio Management within Revetas, where he is responsible for managing the entire portfolio of assets comprising over 500,000 sqm in eight countries. His role involves optimizing operations and active value creation in all phases of the real estate investment cycle, to maximise returns for debt and equity holders. Personally, Vlad is primarily proud of overseeing the largest and most renowned hospitality project in the country – the Radisson Blu / Park Inn Hotel Complex in Bucharest. Vlad directly managed the €220 million project from 2017, including a €28 million investment program.
