Valentina has been involved in real estate projects for over 15 years. She has sound experience in project finance and corporate governance and has performed asset management for many retail and office projects in Bulgaria and Europe. Currently, Valentina is in the role of Head of the Real Estate Division of Billa Bulgaria. Valentina has been a member of RICS (MRICS) since 2018, with a management consultancy path, and for the last 4 years, she has acted also an assessor for new candidates. She has further international activities through the International Advisory Board at the Vienna Economic University Executive Academy, where she currently holds the role of Vice President.
