Tomas has been working in M&A for over 14 years with a focus on real estate over the span of the last 5 years as Transaction Jead for the real estate fund of IAD Investments, the oldest asset management company which focuses on real estate investments in core CEE countries and Croatia. Before he was part of Slovak private equity group Across, and later served as a strategist in the largest telco operators in Slovakia, focusing on M&A, Marketing and Corporate Strategy. Tomas managed dozens of transactions with a total value of more than €1 billion.
