Stefan Predorf has over 15 years of experience in the banking / financial services industry and is the responsible Head of Business Development at Commercial Real Estate in Erste Group. Among other topics, he oversees the annual Real Estate Industry Strategy for the Group, with a special focus on the Green Transition and Decarbonization Strategy of the commercial real estate portfolio. In previous roles, Stefan Predorf served as an adviser to BCR Corporate Board Members in Romania following the integration of corporate banking services in the expanding Romanian Markets. His cross-border experiences outside of the financial services industry include launching and successfully managing a business venture during his years in South Africa. Stefan started his professional career at a top consulting firm in the financial services industry.
