Sebastian Mahu

Sebastian Mahu has more than 12 years of real estate experience in both national and international companies. Over the years, Sebastian Mahu has coordinated leasing, property and facility management activities, while also being experienced in HR consulting, econometrics and marketing. In 2018, he joined the team as Head of Asset Management for IULIUS, the real estate developer and operator specialising in mixed-use urban regeneration projects in Romania. In this capacity, Sebastian coordinates the operating management activity for a portfolio comprising more than 310,000 sqm GLA retail premises and 242,000 sqm GLA premium office spaces. His focus is on the optimization, sustainability and resilience of the IULIUS Company assets across all operating levels.
