Managing Partner
Adina Rada is the Managing Partner of InvestRomania360, a private platform that supports foreign and domestic investors throughout their entire investment journey in Romania — from opportunity studies through to funded, implemented projects — while also helping local public authorities develop business-support infrastructure and position themselves effectively as investment destinations. Her career includes extensive senior and C-level experience — as founder, general manager, regional director, and business development leader — within companies holding a complete IT&C portfolio of solutions, hardware and software alike, together with a broad range of high-technical services dedicated to customers. Within this environment, she has led enterprise-scale data centre projects, digital-education implementations at municipal level, and university digitalisation initiatives across Romania.
