Philipp is Co-Managing Partner of Andersen in Germany and a member of the global management team of Andersen’s real estate group as well as the leader of Andersen's European real estate group. He advises real estate businesses and investors on structuring and implementing transactions. He is involved in project development and legal aspects of the ongoing portfolio and asset management of real estate businesses. A further area in which he serves his clients is dispute resolution and litigation. He is also an experienced bankruptcy lawyer. Philipp was admitted as a German attorney in 2004. Before joining Andersen he was a partner with BDO Legal and earlier with Luther law firm. Philipp is an adjunct professor at the Berlin School of Economics and Law for Civil Procedure and Insolvency Law.
