Mirela Calota is a senior transactions adviser and dual-qualified Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Accountant, with significant experience advising on complex infrastructure and real estate transactions in the UK and across Europe. As Transport Infrastructure Deals Lead at KPMG in London, Mirela advises institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds and infrastructure funds on acquisitions, disposals and strategic investment decisions across airports, ports, rail, roads, transport operators and transport logistics businesses. She combines her transport infrastructure focus with extensive real estate transaction experience, having advised on more than 150 transactions with values ranging from £50m to £5bn across offices, hospitality, retail, student accommodation, industrial, warehousing, logistics and residential assets.
