Mike Murrell

As Regional Director of Asset and Property Management for Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, and Bulgaria, Mike is responsible for the asset and property management team, which manages 24 retail, office, and logistics projects. Mike Murrel has over eight years of management experience with some of the most respected real estate investment, development, and management companies in the world. In total, he has acquired, developed, or managed over 650,000 square meters of commercial and residential property. Before joining AIG/Lincoln, he was an Asset Manager with AIG Investments, Global Real Estate (AIGGRE) in Zurich, and a Director of Asset Management and Investments for Central and Eastern Europe with Tishman International. He has also worked for Tishman Speyer (New York) and for Hines (Chicago). He holds a Law in Society degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. He was formerly a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy.
