Mihaela Kozanova is Cluster Business Development Manager at Sofia Hotels Management, leading the group of hotels of NIKMI JSCo, including Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, Grand Hotel Sofia and Kings' Valley Medical & Spa Hotel. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management from King’s College London and her Master’s degree in Hotel Finance from New York University. Her career began at Highgate, a leading hospitality investment and management company in the US. In 2019, she returned to Bulgaria to join the family business and to take part of the team responsible for the opening of the prestigious and landmark Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia. In the spring of 2022, as a result of her commitment and professionalism, she assumed the responsible position of Cluster Business Development Manager for the three hotels managed by the company.
