Michal Maco is the country manager of Corwin Slovenia, a real estate development company focused on sustainable and responsible urban growth. With a PhD in urban planning and extensive real estate experience, his work combines academic insight with hands-on development. As the leader of one of the largest local development firms, Michal is a frequent speaker at public forums where he shares his expertise in sustainable commercial and residential real estate. He currently oversees five major urban redevelopment projects in Ljubljana, including Vilharia – the first LEED Platinum-certified building in Slovenia.
