Laura Negrisoiu is currently the Director of the Sustainability Services team at Mazars in Romania. With expertise in areas such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Green EU Taxonomy and Net Zero transition, she is committed to helping companies succeed in integrating corporate sustainability, regardless of their current stage in their sustainability journey and understands that intentional change management is one of the key elements in doing so. Prior to this role, Laura provided a wide range of advisory services, including risk management and process optimization for companies in various sectors. Before joining Mazars in 2016, Laura started her career in a Big 4 company and subsequently worked in the operational leasing sector for a large international financial services Group. She led regional projects across multiple countries, focusing on process automation and stakeholder engagement. She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds professional qualifications as CFA ESG Investing, Integrated Reporting, and Project Management, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
