Kruno has a master's degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb and is currently in the process of obtaining his CFA ESG investment certification. Kruno has over 15 years of experience in banking, financial advisory, real estate sales and acquisition. Prior to joining ECM, where he is leading the development of deals in the Adria market, he was the Country head of Croatia and Serbia for the Indotek Group where he was involved in the acquisition of one of the largest commercial real estate portfolios in the region to date. ECM to date managed to acquire and currently asset manage the Hotel Novi resort in Novi Vinodolski. Besides this, ECM successfully closed several deals in Pula and Zadar area positioning ECM as one of the most active players in the acquisition of the hospitality real estate segment in Croatia.
