I have been working at the same multinational company since 10 years. At first as a trainee than as HR professionel and now as a middle-manager. My friends often joke with me about my career path as I am not a tipical millennial considering that I should be at my 3rd or 4th company by now if I would follow my generation. As of me I am fine with this and I try to live my millennial-self at my secondary job as a business coach with my 6 amazing teammates at Y2Y. Because of that I attend workshops, conferences and trainings held for freelancers and startups and I also have a wide experience about the needs of my generation at work through my coaching clients. At the conference I would like to share these experiences with you!
