As Deputy CEO of Merin Holdings, Jovana is responsible for strategic planning, financial structuring and feasibility assessment of the Company’s investment ventures, across all property segments. She is also in charge of operational management and project coordination during the development stage, cooperating tightly with the Company’s engineering, legal and sales experts. She possesses comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry, gained through experience in Investment and development, Banking and Advisory sectors. Prior to joining Merin Holdings, Jovana lead Valuation and Advisory Department at Colliers International, worked at UniCredit Bank Serbia within Strategic Risk Management and Control Department, at MPC Holding within Acquisition department and at the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Serbia. Jovana holds a MRICS designation in Valuation pathway, MSc degree in Quantitative Finance, MSc degree in Economics and is currently on the path of becoming a CFA charter holder, with passed Levels 1 and 2.
