John Harcourt

Based in London, John Harcourt has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector principally as developer and investor. As Managing Director of Kajima Properties (Europe) Limited, John is responsible for Kajima Real Estate's investments, developments and partnerships in Europe. Kajima has a broad and diversified investment and development portfolio across the UK and mainland Europe, with over €4bn AUM in the office, retail, logistics, health, education, leisure, elderly care and student housing sectors. Previously, John worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate. John studied Estate Management and Civil & Structural Engineering and is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
