Joining S+B Gruppe AG, an Austrian real estate developer and investor with more than 40 years of experience, Johannes - who has been with the company for nearly 20 years - has been appointed as a board member and shareholder effective from 2024. In this role, he oversees major developments, including data centers, hotels, office and residential projects currently underway in Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania.
