Managing Director, Investment
Jan-Hendrik is Managing Director of ParkProperty Europe’s investment business and oversees all investment, transaction, and financing activities. Since joining ParkProperty Europe (former ECE Work & Live) in 2008, he has held various senior management positions in investment and transaction management within the ParkProperty Europe. During this time, he has been involved in over €5 billion of real estate transaction volume. Before that, he was a Director at IKB where he was responsible for the bank’s structured real estate finance portfolio. He is a banker, holds a business degree and started his professional career at DZ HYP in portfolio management and structured real estate financing.
