Jakub Stanislav leads CBRE's Capital Markets business in the Czech Republic and, since January 2026, serves as Head of Hotels for Central and Eastern Europe. In 2025, his team captured approximately 70% market share in Czech hotel investment and was involved in 80% of all hotel transactions in the country, completing landmark deals including the sale of the Hilton Prague, the largest single hotel transaction in CEE history. Across all asset classes, the team advised on nearly 20 transactions worth €2.32 billion. Strong momentum has carried into 2026, with CBRE advising on the sale of the Prague Marriott Hotel and Millennium Plaza, the largest single-hotel-asset transaction in CEE this year, and the Vienna House Andel's Prague. Before joining CBRE in 2018, he led real estate consulting at Ernst & Young and worked with the EMEA Hospitality Group at Cushman & Wakefield. He is a member of RICS.
