As Head of Sustainability in BCR, Ioana Voinescu is responsible for leading the company’s efforts to drive transformational change in developing ESG strategies. Focusing on building performance, she supports businesses in achieving their goals and improving their sustainability performance. Additionally, she facilitates trainings and programs for employees to educate them about sustainability factors and keeps constant dialogues with clients, institutions, partners and other stakeholders.
