Senior Investment Manager
Erik Wafler has been working in the commercial real estate sector for 18 years. He began his career at Trigránit, focusing on property management finance, and later expanded his responsibilities to include asset management, investments, and office development. Subsequently, he managed and sold the regional portfolio of a Middle Eastern sovereign fund at AXA Investment Managers. Wafler then continued his career in London at an asset management firm specializing in distressed and opportunistic assets, before returning to work for the company from Budapest. In the summer of 2023, he joined Gránit Asset Management, where he is responsible for identifying regional commercial real estate investment opportunities and executing investments.
