Edgar Rosenmayr MRICS

Edgar Rosenmayr was born in 1956. He is Chief Investment Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of Immoeast AG, where he is responsible for the expansion of the IMMOEAST group’s real estate investment activities in certain CEE markets including Russia and leading the group’s structured real estate investment products business. Dr Rosenmayr has been active in emerging markets, including Eastern Europe, for over 20 years. Before joining IMMOEAST, he was the Director for Property, Tourism and Shipping at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and held numerous Board positions with well known real estate companies including TriGranit, IRIDE, European Property Group, and St. Petersburg Property Development Company as well as seats on Investment Committees of various real estate investment funds including Europolis Invest (Austria) and Polonia Property Fund (Guernsey).
